I extreme dislike having to contact with the big companies' 'help' desks. I place 'help' in quotes, because that's what you hardly ever get. I was working on a new project for more than a few hours when my new PC froze up. Since it is new, I tried to see if I could get help from the company that made it. Obviously, it took an eternity to wade through the telephone menu and get to talk to a human. Then it took another eternity to get through his menu that started with: Is the PC plugged in?
